Yea!! I finally finished Cyndy's quilt and delivered it to her. I enjoyed making it, and should have finished it much sooner, but I have to work in little snippets of time.

Countdown!!
Well, the top is finished. I went with the feather stitch on my machine instead of the blanket stitch as I had thought I would. It just seemed to look better. After it is sandwiched, and quilted, I can add the yo yo's. Almost done, Cyndy.
I noticed my pecan tree had budded out this morning, and you know what that means!! No more winter.
Until next time, Dorothy

Half way done!
Well, I believe I'm about halfway done. I just have to blanket stitch down my tomatoes, sew on the borders, put it together and quilt it. Wait, maybe not halfway done. I did try to do the blanket stitch by hand but my stitch's are so uneven. So I think I'll do it on the machine. Here are the tomatoes (pincushion's) and the center of the quilt.
Till next post, Dorothy.

Cyndy's Quilt
Hello all,
Here I am, starting work on Cyndy's quilt. I'm using a pattern from a library book here at Bradford County Public Library, where Cyndy and I both work. Of course, I will have to add my own little changes to the quilt because I can't follow a pattern exactly. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to let you follow along on my progress.
Stay tuned!

Angel Quilt
This is a close up of the month of March. The quilt has twelve blocks, January through December. I'll post the directions later for anyone interested in making one.
